Rental Policy

Use this page as the public-facing rental policy summary. Final signed rental agreement terms can be attached during handover or confirmation.
Reservation status
Online reservations are submitted as pending requests. Fargo’s confirms availability, vehicle assignment, deposit/preauthorization requirements, and handover arrangements before the rental is final.
Driver eligibility
Each driver must present a valid driver’s license and meet local driving requirements. Visitors must obtain the required Dominica local driver’s permit before driving.
Deposit / preauthorization
A refundable insurance deposit or card preauthorization may be required. The amount depends on vehicle type, rental duration, and rental terms.
Vehicle condition
Pre-rental and post-rental inspections may be recorded. Renters are responsible for new damage, missing items, or abnormal cleaning needs subject to the final rental agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Fargo’s as early as possible for date changes, vehicle changes, pickup changes, or cancellations. Approval depends on availability and confirmed rental terms.
